Q. How do I order a Custom Plate?
A. Email as many details as you can about the things that you would like to have on your plate. Make sure you include your race number, race class, handle bar size. You can pick things that appear on completed Custom Plates. Names and sponsors are also popular. A design is created from your info, and after a few emails back and forth, if required, you are looking at your new Rush Custom BMX Plate.
Q. How long does it take to get a Custom Plate?
A. Depending on the work load we aim to get an intial design back to you in approx. 10 working days once all details are supplied. When the design is approved it takes about another 7-10 days to be made and posted.
Q. How do I pay for my plate?
A. Once the plate design has been approved, you will receive an email or link with all payment options. They include Credit Card (via PayPal), Cheque/Money Order, EFT, or cash if it is a local pick up.
Q. How do I get my plate?
A. Apart from collecting the plate at a local track, we have used Australia Post for the last three years without losing a plate. Our regular customers can vouch for their reliablity.
Q. Do you do Gift Vouchers?
A. Yes. Just email us your details and requirements and we can get a voucher organised.
Q. Do you have a Pro Shop or sell plates at race meets?
A. Generally no. When we get track side, we're there to race, and support our Rush Team Riders. During the breaks at races we will get around and show other racers our products and hand out some info and stickers.
Q. Can you make a plate with a design that I have created?
A. So long as your artwork is created in a suitable/compatible programme and you have created the design, then yes. We will not make any plates with other peoples designs that you have copied from the web.
